"Inspecting Every Home, Like It's Our Own!"

CONCERNED ABOUT MOISTURE & MOLD?

Have a Certified Mold Inspector take a look.

Inspecting For Moisture

Certified MOLD inspectors are trained to locate and identify moisture intrusion, condensation and humidity problems as well as take air and surface samples for analysis. Certified HOME Inspectors are trained in building science, which is needed to investigate moisture intrusion and conditions conducive to mold growth and how they adversely affect a home. When you combine the two, you are really getting the full picture.

What If We Find Conditions Conducive To Mold Growth?

If we find elevated levels of moisture intrusion and conditions conductive to mold growth, you may choose to have air and surface samples taken for analysis. The difference between our services and that of a mold professional, is that we are not considered mold experts, we are not involved in mold remediation and do not interpret lab results, the report speaks for itself. Isn’t having an independent third party, that has no vested interest in the findings, what you want? We don’t make money off of the remediation process. This is a good thing.

You may be asking: is there mold in my house?

The answer is yes! Mold spores are everywhere. They float on air and are present all around us. The real question is:

ARE THERE ELEVATED LEVELS OF MOLD IN MY HOUSE…. AND WHAT TYPES OF MOLD ARE THEY?

We answer this by taking air samples from outside as a control and compare that to samples inside the home. These samples get sent to one of the countries leading environmental analytical laboratories to be analyzed and interpreted.

You will get a full report stating whether mold is an issue in your house or not… as well what types of mold are present and their inherent known risks.
